Before your visit
Do you accept insurance?
VitalBridge currently operates as a cash-pay practice. Payment is collected when you schedule, and the price is shown in advance.
Where can I be seen?
You must be physically located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, or Iowa at the time of your appointment. Your location is confirmed at every visit.
Can you prescribe medication?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. VitalBridge does not provide chronic opioids, stimulants, benzodiazepines, or other controlled-medication management at launch.
What cannot be treated online?
Emergencies and conditions requiring hands-on examination or immediate testing need in-person care. If virtual care is not appropriate, we will recommend the right next step.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Many medical visits are eligible expenses, but individual plans vary. Confirm eligibility with your plan administrator.
